Tyler McAllister
Tyler McAllister is a 28-year-old dog musher from Sacramento. After serving in the Army as a Logistics Coordinator and working as a military contractor, he found himself unemployed and burned out. Seeking a change, he took a summer job with Gold Rush Dog Tours in Skagway, Alaska and discovered his passion for dog mushing. He moved to Fairbanks, Alaska, with his dog Betty, where he worked and learned the art of mushing. Tyler is now eager to pursue his new career and gain more experience, with hopes of competing in races in the future.
